I am a qualified humanistic counsellor practising in Ashford, Kent; I am a registered member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy and adhere to the BACP Ethical framework code of practice. I strongly believe a trusting working relationship is one of the key aspects in the counselling alliance, which will begin in a safe, confidential environment.

My previous career background was in the Education sector as a tutor, internal verifier and examination invigilator. I have many years of experience working with people from all walks of life, age ranges from 14 to 93. I am also an experienced mentor, working with and supporting young people.
